Calculator data

TimesheetKit calculators run in your browser. We do not intentionally store time card entries, hourly rates, or date inputs on our servers.

Calculator inputs such as start times, end times, break minutes, hourly rates, and date ranges are used to produce the result shown on the page. The current static version of the site does not require accounts and does not provide server-side timesheet storage.

Information you send us

If you email TimesheetKit, we may receive your email address and the information included in your message. Please do not send sensitive employee records, payroll files, government identifiers, passwords, or confidential company data. Use sample values when reporting calculator behavior whenever possible.

Analytics and logs

Hosting providers and security services may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referrer, and timestamps to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and understand site reliability. This information is not intended to identify calculator entries.

Advertising and consent

If advertising is enabled later, third-party vendors such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies according to their policies and the consent options available in your region.

Advertising is not required for the calculators to run. If ad code is enabled, regional consent messages and ad technology settings may apply depending on location and vendor requirements.
