Calculators Guides Time Card Work Hours

About TimesheetKit

What we build

TimesheetKit provides simple calculators for work hours, time cards, timesheets, decimal hours, overtime, pay periods, and business day planning.

The site is designed for quick planning and review. It is not payroll software and does not replace employer policy, accounting, tax, or legal guidance.

Who the site is for

TimesheetKit is built for people who need practical time math without opening a large payroll system. That includes hourly workers checking a weekly total, contractors preparing invoice hours, managers reviewing time cards, and small teams sanity-checking schedules before payroll.

The calculators focus on transparent arithmetic: clock-in and clock-out times, unpaid breaks, decimal hour conversions, weekly totals, overtime estimates, and date ranges. Results are meant to be easy to review and easy to explain.

How we approach calculator content

Each calculator page includes the formula, a complete example, common mistakes, result interpretation, related tools, and FAQ content. We prefer plain explanations over hidden assumptions so users can see how a result was produced.

Because payroll and employment rules vary, TimesheetKit intentionally stays in the lane of math and planning. When a result matters for official payroll, compliance, taxes, contracts, or employment decisions, it should be reviewed against the policy or professional guidance that applies.

Site status

TimesheetKit is an independent static tool site. Calculator inputs run in the browser, and the site is designed to remain useful even before advertising or account features are added. Feedback and correction requests can be sent through the contact page.

TimesheetKit provides general time, timesheet, and payroll planning calculators for informational use.
