Calculator pages are written to include the formula, an example, common mistakes, result interpretation, and links to related tools. When a page estimates pay, the estimate is gross pay only and does not include taxes, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, or payroll system adjustments.
Guide content
Guides are written for practical time card and work-hour review. We focus on explaining how to calculate hours, convert minutes, subtract unpaid breaks, and understand threshold-based overtime estimates. We avoid presenting general calculator math as official payroll or legal advice.
When a topic depends on employer policy or local rules, the guide should say so. Examples are used to show arithmetic, not to state what a specific employer, jurisdiction, or contract requires.
Corrections and updates
If a calculator formula, guide explanation, or example appears incorrect, users can send a correction request through the contact page. We review the page, reproduce calculator inputs when possible, and update content when a correction improves accuracy or clarity.
Page updates may include clearer examples, improved FAQ entries, better internal links, or stronger disclaimers when a page could be misunderstood as payroll guidance.
